  I recently bought a 2024 Honda HRV and though I have had windows tinted locally twice before, I decided to go with a new company mostly so that it would be closer to my home. I went on Yelp and was very impressed by the reviews.

Making an appointment was very easy. The owner, David, is quick to respond and communicates everything upfront. I was able to get an appointment for the following Saturday which was the best case scenario for me.

I went with the ceramic (middle grade) tint for all windows excluding the windshield (though I will be back to have clear tint put on the windshield at some point). I wasn't sure of the darkness I wanted, so I decided to choose the day I dropped it off. Christana showed me the options and I ended up going with the 20%. She showed me a car to help me get an idea and it made my decision easy between two shades. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. My last car had 5% and though it looked amazing, it was just too dark at night! Personal preferance but I have had several cars with different tint levels and this darkness is by far my personal favorite. Still dark enough from the outside to look nice, but light enough on the inside to drive at night and not feel like I need to crack the window (yes, I did that several times in my previous car). They completed the job faster than quoted. I always love when people under promise and over deliver!

About a week after the tint was applied, I noticed a very small speck on the passenger side front window. By speck, I mean if I didn't wear multifocal contacts, I may have not seen it. It was also cold the day I got my tint done and it rained which played a factor in the back window having a little bit of lift. It was the following Sunday that I noticed this. I sent a text that day as I wanted to reach out when I first saw it. David responded right away and they are closed on Sundays! Now, that's someone who cares about their customers and the reputation of their business. He asked me what worked best for me and gave me the earliest appointment slot for the following Saturday.

The installer, Kaine, took a look at the car and I showed him the small speck. He did an amazing job with the back and side window. I honestly felt silly to mention the passenger window. I am happy that they were all so understanding and willing to help me out without a long process. It's been almost a week since I was there and the windows look very nice. I know I picked the right tint % and the right company to do the work. Though I don't plan on buying another car anytime soon, I will definatley recommend DC Auto Luxury Tinting to anyone who is a Vegas local. Also, they offer a lifetime warranty and even cover replacement if the tint gets scratched. Highly recommend DC.
